Copyright & License

- Photographer retains 100% copyright on all original and edited images.

- Client is granted a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to use edited images for personal and limited internal use only(e.g. social media, printing, internal display).

- Any commercial, resale, editorial, or paid‑media use of the images requires written permission and, where applicable, additional licensing fees.

- Client may not transfer the license or resell images without the Photographer’s written consent.

Use by Photographer

- Client grants Photographer the right to use samples of the edited images in portfolios, websites, social media and promotions—**with no credit or fee required**.
